Blight Terminology

Blight Seedling, Blightroot, Blight Node, and Blight Heart describe stages in the biological growth of an infernal blight infestation. These are rooted organisms or environmental growths rather than ordinary mobile creatures.

Infernal Rootlings, Thornlings, Treelings, Blight Stalkers, and Blight Revelers are creatures associated with the infestation. They may be spawned, altered, or sustained by the blight, but they are not themselves stages of the blight's growth.
