Reiver's Right — E18-7
Flooded Passage
Groundwater carries ordinary life into an extraordinary contamination.
Cold water fills the lower gallery. Timber walkways cross the deepest channel, though several planks have broken away.
Something flashes electric blue beneath the black water, then disappears under the walkway.
Blue Rings in Black Water
4 PCs: 2 Blue-Ringed Octopuses. 5 PCs: 3. The Flood Surge can trigger during the encounter.
The animals are not infernal; they entered through the groundwater and became aggressive near the warm root growth.
Water Depth
Main channel 4–5 feet deep; side ledges 1–2 feet. The remaining walkways are stable unless the Flood Surge triggers.
