Requirements You are a commander.
Item benefit While invested and worn by an eligible Commander, this item grants the named feat's benefits; they don't stack if already known.
Effect You treat heavy armor as 1 Bulk lighter, can rest while wearing armor, and you and your allies ignore armor Speed penalties when determining exploration travel Speed.
Limitations The training does not remove armor Speed penalties in combat.

CantripMagical
Traditions Arcane, Divine, Occult
Cast 1 action ◆
Range / Area 120 feet
Duration instantaneous
Effect Whisper a brief message magically to a creature within the spell's range; the recipient can respond under the spell's normal restrictions.
The item casts this cantrip at rank 1 only, without automatic heightening. See the WG spell entry for full rules.
Special Investment is required. The feat benefit applies only to an eligible Commander. Spellcasting is not required for the item cantrip, but normal action, targeting, and cooldown restrictions still apply.
GM Placement A watch commander's supply chest by New Macridi's causeway.
Custom homebrew permanent item.
