SF2e Character Sheet

TippsLevel 1 Mechanic (Tech Class Playtest)

Skittermander Skitter Raised Systems Technician

Role: Computers, repairs, battlefield devices, and drone support.

Personality: Intensely helpful and almost silent while concentrating. Once the repair is finished, Tipps explains every step at once.

Background

Tipps grew up around a communal repair yard where ownership mattered less than whether a machine was useful and safe. They learned to rebuild generators, survey drones, and cargo lifters from mismatched parts. Their compact robot companion, Patch, began as a broken inspection unit and has been rebuilt so many times that none of its original casing remains.

Rules Note: The mechanic is built from Paizo's latest official Starfinder Tech Class Playtest, which remains a playtest class as of July 2026. Review current playtest FAQ and rebuild when a final mechanic is published.

Open Ancestry Slot: Select one current 1st-level ancestry feat before play. The sheet is otherwise ready for encounter use; this open slot avoids silently substituting an option from a different ancestry source.
