Main

Sera “Patch” Vey

Specialty: Medicine, triage, and environmental suit repair

Patch is a human field medic who joined the prison rescue because Helix Meridian disappeared her former patients. She carries a compact trauma kit and keeps an exact count of every person under her care.

Portrayal

Low voice, dry humor, and no patience for heroic speeches while someone is bleeding.

Emergency Seal — Once per Encounter

Patch spends 2 actions to stabilize an adjacent dying creature or restore 1d8+4 Hit Points to an adjacent living creature. A creature healed this way is temporarily immune to Emergency Seal for the rest of the scene. Outside combat, Patch grants a +1 circumstance bonus to one Medicine check made during a route or the ashstorm.

Safehouse Role: Runs the medical alcove and can keep one badly wounded FF in the recurring cast.

GM: Use this support benefit only if this FF survived and was selected as the active specialist. The NPC does not take a complete turn unless the GM deliberately converts them into a normal allied creature.
