Mara Venn is a former labor organizer and one of the Tamsin Rooks' most effective recruiters. She entered the VantaCore extraction force under false credentials and helped coordinate the collar release. She is not the founder of the movement; the organization takes its name from the vanished resistance figure Tamsin Rook.
