Echoes in the Cemetery

Area T2 — The Cemetery (Night)

The graveyard glows. Pale blue light seeps from the earth like mist. As the party approaches, shapes rise from the graves — not zombies, but echoes: translucent villagers replaying their deaths. A shepherd boy falls from an invisible height again and again. An old woman drowns in air. They do not notice the party at first.

But then the Shard-Pulse occurs. The ground trembles. The echoes turn, their faces twisting with borrowed awareness, and attack.
