Old Tharn

Old Tharn is a grizzled fisherman in his seventies. He was the first person in New Lhesper to report hearing voices from the deep.

He is considered mad by most of the settlement, but he is also the only one who has seen what lurks beneath the water. His testimony is a key clue for the party.
