Protective Strike. When a yuan-ti ally within 5 feet of the scale initiate is attacked, the scale initiate can make one Spear attack against the attacker.
A scale initiate is a freshly trained warrior, often found guarding yuan-ti nesting grounds or escorting higher-ranking purebloods. They fight with desperate loyalty, knowing failure means being fed to the brood.
