Location: In an arcane quarter, surrounded by narrow alleys and sorcerous towers. The street outside is lined with glowing runestones.

The shop is a two-storey building hewn from an outcrop of rock, with a tiled mosaic floor. The walls are engraved with runes of power and sorcery.

Shopkeeper: The shopkeeper is a gullible male gnome named Gire. He is fascinated by languages and runes.

   A viscous scarlet liquid, contained in a porcelain bottle.

   This scarlet admixture smells like roses.

6. Potion of Water Walk (cr, 750 gp)

   A fuming tincture, contained in a spherical bottle.

7. Scroll of Inflict Moderate Wounds (cr, 150 gp)
8. Scroll of Summon Nature's Ally III (cr, 375 gp)
9. Wand of Acid Splash (cr, 375 gp)

   A masterwork elder wand, wrapped in electrum wire.
